Why Should I Register My Rewards Card?
Until the card is registered, the rewards card will not be able to display or redeem accumulated 'WOW' points.  Registering your Rewards Card allows you to redeem 'WOW' points that have accumulated on the card.  Unregistered cards do receive in store discounts.  Eligible registered cards receive "top shopper promotions".

What If Someone Turns In My Lost Keys With A Rewards Key Fob?
We will try to contact you by phone (if you have indicated that is OK) and then by e-mail and finally by USPS mail.  Of course, we cannot contact you if we do not have your information on file.

When Do My Points Expire?
If your Rewards Card has not been used for 18 months, your account and all points associated with it will be deleted from our system.

Do Rewards Points Have Any Cash Value?
No, Holiday 'WOW' points have no cash value.  All WOW promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. If the 'WOW' Program is cancelled, all unredeemed points will be lost. All points are redeemed at the check stand, with the exception of our Online Auction.

What If My Card Is Lost?
The points are not lost.  Please contact Holiday's Customer Service department at 1-800-286-8444 M-F 8:00am-5:00pm..

What If I Forget My Card When I Go To The Store?
If your account is registered with a phone number, you may give the checker your phone number during your transaction and receive any discounts and associated points.  If you currently do not have a phone number associated with your account, please contact Customer Service.  To redeem points you must have the Rewards Card or Valid ID with the registered card members name.If you have linked your account to a certain credit card, whenever you use that card at checkout, your Rewards account will automatically be credited the points and discounts associated with that transaction.
